The issue in this newly founded love is that Fallon is catching a plane across country that evening, and that her mother told her she needed to be 23 before she were to share herself in a true relationship. Not only does Ben put Fallon’s father in his place, he proceeds to treat Fallon as a prize after their dinner, as they spend the day together. Because of how horrific this dinner had been going, Fallon decides that this cute boy could be a fun plot twist into her day. He introduces himself as Fallon’s boyfriend, Ben. As fights go on and on, a young man from the booth over reaches out to help and pretends to be late for the dinner. November 9th begins in a diner where a young Fallon O’Neill struggles with her paternal relationship. This novel has changed the way that I look at love, relationships, and a future partner. Colleen specializes in romance literature, but she creates an essence of closure and realism with her words. As first of many posts on Colleen and her works, I thought that is was righteous to begin my blogging with my favorite of her work. I would first like to introduce this novel by speaking on how important the author is to me.
